I am passionate about creating work that balances beauty and warmth with style and clear communication. 

Working across both print and digital, my areas of expertise include branding, book design, typography, layout and creating eye-catching social media content.

I am also adept at illustration — by paint, pencil or pixel, plus hand lettering, and studio photography and styling. 

Since 2003, I have worked directly with many clients to design and illustrate branding, layout, book covers, printed collateral and digital assets. 

My clients span a broad range of sectors, most predominantly in the arts, publishing, social, and healthy living industries — in line with my passions.

I have also designed and written teaching materials for Billy Blue College of Design. 

I enjoy taking projects right through from conceptual development to publishing and production.

I also paint and design murals to create uplifting environments in hospitals, cafés, retail stores, bars and private homes. 

I am passionate about the arts – fine art, film, dance, music, theatre and performance poetry. You can see my own visual artwork here.

Education

I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Visual Arts from Southern Cross University and Pratt Institute in New York in 1999, followed by graphic design studies at TAFE and Billy Blue College of Design.
